File Layout Design

Layout design ensures that your project is ready for production, adhering to the dimensions, margins, and technical printing specifications for each product.
This service is performed by our team of professionals, who ensure the visual alignment and proper placement of all graphic elements (logos, text, images, etc.).

Terms of service:

  • Includes up to 2 layout revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction;

  • The layout is based solely on elements provided by the client;

  • It does not include the creation of new graphic concepts or other design services;

  • The figure shown corresponds to 60-minute work sessions;

  • In addition to the amounts shown, VAT at the statutory rate in force is payable.

This service is ideal for anyone who wants to ensure a professional end result that meets our printing standards.

Preferably, files should be sent with CMYK color base, with a resolution of 150 DPI and at actual size, com .TIFF extension and LZW compression, without layers.

For those who submit the file by .PDF format We bring to your attention the fact that some vector graphics creation programs allow the use of certain functions and filters that may generate overprinting situations (overprinting – a phenomenon that occurs when two colors overlap, creating a third or making one of them invisible).

To prevent this type of occurrence in PDF files, please check and correct the presence of active overprinting in your files. Please be advised that these cases will not be detected and consequently will not be reported, even with file supervision.

  • In order for delivery deadlines to be met, payment and the corresponding files must be made and sent before 12:00 PM. If the delivery deadline is only one business day, 12:00 PM must correspond to the previous day, with delivery and sending taking place after 6:00 PM.
  • You must make the full payment for your purchase via Multibanco Reference, MB Way, Credit Cards, or PayPal for your order to enter verification/production. The arrival of the file or payment confirmation after the stipulated time will result in a postponement of the delivery date.
  • If the file is not received as intended, the delivery deadline will be extended. Please check the file preparation instructions.

The file shall comply with the following criteria

  • CMYK color base,
  • 150 DPI resolution and to
  • actual size in PDF or TIFF (LZW compression)
