The central challenge in this case study is its itinerant nature.. The IFM Summit travels to capital cities such as Lisbon and Madrid, using different venues for each edition. Our mission is to adapt the setups to each venue without ever compromising the brand’s visual identity. Managing international setups with tight timeframes requires highly precise logistical planning and a team that is available to be on-site wherever the client decides to hold the event.
